Love

Greetings in Jesus name, it’s the second month of 2019, the month of love, Jesus is the greatest love of all. People today are looking for love in all the wrong places, the enemy is deceiving you, he brings a spirit of lust and makes you think it’s love. John 3:16 tells us that God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. So if we have the love of god, we should be willing to lay down our lives for our brother, but we got it twisted, you are taking your brothers lives and show no remorse. Love is an action word if you love someone you are going to going to show it by the things that you do. The Bible tells us that in the last days there will be a great falling away from the church because the church has waxed cold, there’s no love shown in the church today. Jesus said with love and kindness have I drawn thee, you have to show love and be kind to each other because people are going through so much and hurting. There’s a song that was written years ago that asks what’s love got to do with it? Well I can answer that love has everything to do with it. People are suffering and hurting and just want to hear the word I love you, just a lil hug that shows that you care, it’s the small things that count. I want to encourage you today, we know in a few days and it will be valentines day, people will be buying candy, balloons and going out to dinner to celebrate, but don’t be depressed if you don’t get any of these things, focus on the father who is the greatest love and who has promised you the greatest gift of all times which is eternal life,he has shown his love to us and let us not forget.
